Jan Bulis (Khimik), Vaclav Nedorost (Liberec), Vlastimil Kroupa (Trinec), Jaroslav Kudrna (Magnitogorsk), Petr Hubacek (Vitkovice), Tomas Zizka (Slavia) and Petr Sykora (Pardubice) have all cited "health concerns as reasons for withdrawing.
