"I'm doing great," the Hurricanes captain said. "It’s been great for really the last couple months. I rehabbed it pretty fast. I was feeling pretty good right at the end of the season but obviously we didn’t make the playoffs. I keep doing my rehab every day and I think everything’s going to be fine."

No surprise here. Brind'Amour is arguably the best-conditioned player in the NHL and if anyone was going to attack a rehabilitation schedule with a vengeance it was going to be Brind'Amour.
